For good emotional and physical wellbeing, sometimes we need to access support from others. This support might be from local charities or services or from specialist practitioners. This page offers some ideas of where you can gain support for your wellbeing. This is not an exhaustive list (and it is mostly a local one to Leeds), so I recommend you do some research yourself into what helps you and create your own directory of resources.
